Perhaps my best (or maybe worst) characteristic is that I'm totally disappointed with my own expertise.

This could be the reason I've shown a particular ability for maths as well as physics. Simply knowing is never ever good enough for me; I should minimum try to rigorously recognise the thinking behind the maths I do, and then, take my expertise to its restrictions. Asking excessively about the reason something is the way it is, probably to the annoyance of my speakers, is something I'm forced to do.
